Baker Properties' commercial division plans, develops, owns and manages many diverse commercial real estate projects over 4.5 million square feet in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan regions. Baker Residential, our homebuilding division, to its credit has built more than 14,000 homes in 106 communities.
